What we collect

When you use CareerDuel, you upload a resume, LinkedIn PDF, or profile screenshot. We also collect the name, email, and message you provide through our contact form. That's it — we don't use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

How we use your data

Your resume is sent to our AI agents for analysis. It is processed in memory, never written to disk, and permanently deleted the moment your report is generated. We do not store, sell, or share your resume data with anyone.

Data retention

• Resumes: Deleted immediately after analysis. Zero retention.
• Reports: Stored in your browser's session storage only. We do not keep a copy.
• Contact form messages: Retained only to respond to your inquiry, then deleted.

Third-party services

We use third-party AI models to analyze resumes and generate reports. Your data is sent to these services solely for processing and is not retained by them beyond the request lifecycle, in accordance with their data processing agreements.

Your rights

Since we don't store your resume or personal data beyond the browser session, there is nothing to delete. If you've contacted us and want your message removed, email hello@careerduel.comand we'll handle it promptly.
